ormally, the Covenant asks for representatives from three different parties: the Leyshe who rule the forests around Arkhangelsk, a Muskovite Prince to represent the humans of the city, and a third, representing the surrounding lands.

But things are not so simple so near the turn of the century. Others come out of a need to have their voice heard, to keep the voices of others from being heard, or out of outright curiosity. Fae and Humans will be mingling in this display of diplomacy in ways that will be sure to keep even the most cynical traveller entertained.
